Profile accuracy
Coaches will be responsible for accurate identities, credentials, service descriptions, availability, rates, links, images, and public claims. Profile content may be reviewed or moderated.
Booking responsibilities
Coaches must respond to paid requests within 48 hours, honor confirmed sessions, communicate professionally, and follow the finalized cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policies.
Independent services
The final agreement will clarify the coach’s independent status, responsibility for the coaching relationship, professional obligations, prohibited claims, licensing, taxes, and insurance where applicable.
Payouts and disputes
Coaches will connect an eligible payout account, provide verification information, accept stated fees and settlement timing, and cooperate with refunds, chargebacks, fraud reviews, and negative balances.
Safety and enforcement
Harassment, discrimination, exploitation, deceptive credentials, off-platform payment evasion, and misuse of client information will be prohibited. Enforcement and appeals will be documented.
